Jade started at Impellam regional staffing brand, Blue Arrow on a temporary contract, and soon became permanent as a Managing Consultant leading a team of recruiters. She then moved to Australia gaining some valuable recruitment experience for a year, and returned to the UK where she joined Impellam Managed Services brand, Guidant Global as a Client Services Manager, overseeing a Managed Services programme for one of Guidant Global’s largest FMCG customers. She knew that she wanted to focus on her passion of building relationships with clients and making a meaningful difference to their wider recruitment strategies.

While working on the account, Jade saw an opportunity with the client’s Graduate recruitment process. The graduate recruitment roles were permanent roles, and at this point in time, the client didn’t have the ability to quickly influence candidate attraction strategies, the candidate journey process took too long, there was limited or no reporting of programme performance plus the client had limited candidate communication and engagement during the entire process. Even though Guidant Global had never tackled the graduate recruitment space before, Jade saw this as an opportunity to propose and develop a suitable Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) programme that would suit the client’s needs.

Lead by Jade, Guidant Global received the go ahead and within just a few weeks they had designed and implemented their first graduate recruitment solution. Since then, the client has benefitted extensively from a better, faster and more consistent graduate recruitment process. They now have robust measures in place to track the candidate experience, gender diversity, process efficiency and candidate quality. All of which has resulted in year-on-year KPI improvements with 100% of all time-based SLAs being achieved by Guidant.

As a further result of the Graduate RPO programme implemented, Guidant Global have successfully designed and manage the graduate recruitment programme for another one of Guidant Global’s international clients.
