In 2020, we reviewed and refreshed our approach to ED&I to recognise our renewed commitment to our people, candidates, customers, and supply chains we are a part of. Our regional focus on ED&I is governed by a global programme across the Group to bring our efforts together under shared leadership and governance - balanced with Group wide, regional and brand-specific actions - to deliver the people and strategic benefits of a clear strategy and established roadmap; making Impellam a more diverse and inclusive business everywhere we operate. Under the direction and leadership of Global Group Directors and Regional Management, with direct sponsorship from our Group Chief Executive Officer – the ED&I programme and steering group includes colleagues from our key regions, the UK & Europe, North America, Australia & New Zealand. We understand that creating real change takes time, which is why we’ve set out our strategic objectives for equality, diversity and inclusion over the next three to five years.
