Covid-19

As we all face change in our day-to-day personal and business lives due to Covid-19, we want to reassure you, as much as we are able to, that we are taking the necessary steps to ensure the health and wellbeing of our people at work who partner with you, our candidates and our suppliers as well as our approach to business continuity.

What does this mean for our service to you?

The actions we are taking support our people to stay healthy and safe so they can continue to partner with you and our candidates. As an international business we have been closely following and adhering to regional government and local health authority guidance across our key regions. This means that we are only asking our people to return to work locations where it is safe to do so.

We are here to help you through this period, so please be reassured that we are fully operational across our Managed Services and Specialist Staffing businesses and our people are well prepared and well equipped to attract, engage and place talented, specialist people.

If you would like more information about our response to Covid-19, please do contact us here.

Leveraging technology in the “new normal”

As soon as lockdowns were announced by regional governments, our IT teams took swift action to ensure our global workforce was able to work effectively at home. Our people have adopted Teams, Zoom, Skype and our internal communication platform, Workplace, to stay in touch and to continue working with colleagues, customers and candidates alike

Supporting the fight against Covid-19

We’ve stepped up to support national Covid-19 responses by supplying vital workers for important services; from ventilators and medical equipment in the US, vital support services in transport & logistics, supermarkets and the Public Sector in the UK, and medical professionals in Australia and New Zealand.
