Employee Assistance Programme

We’ve adopted an EAP across all our key regions to offer 24/7 online and telephone access to support services. From financial, legal and consumer matters, to counselling, dependency and health concerns, there will always be someone available to listen and support you.

Mental Health First Aiders

We have Mental Health First Aiders across the Group to help our people with any challenges they may be facing.

Calm Account

All Impellam employees have access to a premium Calm account for around-the-clock support to improve sleep, lower stress and reduce anxiety.

The way we work

At Impellam, we have adopted a global way of working: the blended working approach. This gives colleagues the option of splitting their time between the office, client sites and home. We believe in having a place where our people can deliver their promises in person, but we are also committed to giving them the flexibility to do this remotely. This way, Virtuosos get the best of both worlds. There is no one size fits all. Some people work remotely full time, others spend 100% of their time in the office, and the rest mix it up with a blended approach.

What matters is that the way you work empowers you as an individual to deliver on your promises – to your colleagues, candidates and customers.
