Impellam Group is seeking a virtuoso for a newly created and pivotal role as a Regional IT Business Partner on our North America team. The selected high performer will have a reporting line directly to the global CTO and support other executive leaders, including the North America CEO.

We're looking for an exemplary individual with strong technical and relationship-building skills, the ability to collaborate globally, and the business acumen to proactively seek to understand our challenges and provide innovative solutions...all with the excitement to unlock greater potential!

Core responsibilities will be to:

• Act as the Business Partner for North America Region and Regional CEO delivering support services to the Region and Brand MDs through operation of Business Development Operations product teams to meet the needs of the Region.
• Contribute to the delivery of the Global Strategic Promises for Global IT, as advised.
• Manage clients, customers, IT services, IT change, ensuring team members are responsible to meet their objectives and deliver IT services aligned to the needs of the business and the needs of their customers.
• Own technological process improvement, driving operational efficiency and process improvement in all things that we do and at all stages of the IT value chain.
• Building & developing the team that delivers the services that we are collectively responsible for. This team may include staff employed in Impellam; Impellam IT; specialist contractors; and the staff of vendors delivering services to us through a delivery framework

Requirements:

• Leadership of organizations and teams through direct line control and influence management.
• Management of change projects and business-as-usual (BAU) services, delivering value to the Impellam business.
• Re-engineering of IT processes to deliver the best possible service to internal and external customers.
• Driving positive change within an IT team and working as a part of a wider team outside of IT areas of experience and influence.
• Innovating in IT by discovering ways in which cost-effective technology can be used to reduce overall costs and improve customer service.
