Position objective: We are looking for a motivated individual to join our rapidly growing staffing team. The Operations Coordinator position is responsible for supporting the Sales and Recruiting Teams to ensure our business operates efficiently. Daily responsibilities include overseeing the onboarding experience for our contractors, and internal hires, payroll, and AR oversight tracking and reporting data from our internal systems, and assisting our Teams with various admin-related tasks.

|Responsibility 1||Contractor Care/ Client Support|
|Responsibility 2||Onboarding & Support for all external consultant hires|
Ensure that all new consultant hires complete their required paperwork and are compliant with specific onboarding requirements. Including but not limited to:
Background checks and drug screening.
I-9 verification and completion
Employment/Education Doc requests
|Responsibility 3||Assist Sales Team with internal tasks related to new account set up.|
|Responsibility 4||Payroll support, expense processing, and AR support|
|Responsibility 5||Manage and track weekly KPIs, and provide reporting for the leadership team|
|Responsibility 6||Liaise and provide support/ training on an as-needed basis for new internal hires in the areas of internal processes as well as the use of all internal systems|
|Responsibility 7||Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate trainings/calls with supporting departments|
