VMS Analyst

Hybrid - Luton

The Role

We are looking for a VMS Accounts Reconciliation Analyst to join our team in Luton. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records by managing various reconciliation and reporting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, reconcile and deliver Weekly Discrepancy reports to the account teams
  • Perform key account Open AR and unapplied cash analysis and deliver as scheduled
  • Confirm prior period adjustment activities were processed, and aging(s) cleared
  • Report Collection status
  • Document and maintain assigned account components in central log (Fact Sheet data)
  • Collaborate and cultivate continuous improvement through participation
  • Ability to work flexible hours with direction & training coming from the U.S. Team.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Preferred knowledge of reconciliation practices and Dynamics GP or large ERP system
  • Preferred knowledge and experience with VMS systems (Fieldglass, Beeline, IQN, etc.)
  • Demonstrated knowledge in all areas of accounts receivable (Invoices, Debit memos, Credit Memos, Unapplied Cash)
  • Prior track record and understanding of transactional analysis, discrepancy conclusions and clearing actions (steps)
  • Experience working with account management to resolve unpaid account balances and billing discrepancies
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Intermediate or Advanced Excel skillset including vLookups, Pivots and Reporting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
