MSP Accountant Manager

Location - Basel, Switzerland

The Role

As the Account Manager, you will be part of a dynamic Key Account Team assigned to a specific Carbon60 client. You will be empowered to deliver on the execution of the day-to-day ops in conjunction with the Client Stakeholders and with the support of a Delivery Team and Back-Office Team. We are looking for an experienced MSP Professional with high integrity, an inquisitive mind and a passion for operational and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management

 

  • Work closely with the Service Delivery and back-office teams to ensure the day-to-day client requirements are being met; ensure SLA/KPI compliance is met at all levels
  • Delivery operations
  • Escalation Management - proactively identify and manage through day-to-day issues that impact program performance and client satisfaction
  • VMS Management (Fieldglass)

 

Client Management

  • Client relationship & satisfaction Management - develop and maintain business relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers
  • General Thought Leadership - be viewed as the subject matter expert to the client; provide ongoing advice to HR, Procurement and Hiring Managers

 

Ops Team Management and Development

  • Personnel Management - day-to-day responsibilities, team dynamics, goals, performance management, career development, mentorship
  • Communication - delivery of relevant corporate, client and teams' communication
  • Issue Resolution - ongoing management and resolution of any program/team/people issues

 

About you

  • Staffing industry, Managed Service Provider, VMS, Procurement, Swiss HR regulations
  • Technical background could be a plus (aviation more specific)
  • Background in B-to-B business and client facing situations
  • Experience in leading teams to meet service level agreement and KPI relevant for account performance
  • Experience in identifying initiatives for process improvement
  • Effective communication, presentation, time management, organisation and planning
  • Being methodical, enthusiastic and solutions oriented
  • Proficient in English (any additional languages would be beneficial: French, German…)
