The Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and self-motivated Business Advisor to join our Business Operations team.

You will manage and deliver excellent customer service to a portfolio of customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met in line with contract requirements and maximising Comensura's performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer all aspects of the fulfilment process including accepting orders, arranging interviews, assignment extensions, creating orders for clients, cancelling orders, and ending assignments.
  • Deliver efficient and effective first call resolution in line with SLA and KPI's.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers and suppliers, keeping them up to date with their bookings.
  • Resolve queries related to legislation changes, rate enquiries, invoice adjustments, system changes, timesheet adjustments, and approvals.
  • Provide guidance and over-the-phone training/support to ensure effective use of our c.net system.
  • Support the implementation process of new customers, ensuring they get the best from our service.

What we're looking for:

  • Excellent customer service.
  • Experience of handling a large number of incoming calls.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own workload.
  • Reliable and organised.
  • Sound business ethics and integrity.
  • Able to work well under pressure.
  • Team player.
