This role will see you acting as the technical expert on our implementations; designing, testing, and deploying the technology we use in our MSP and RPO programmes.

A day in the life of a Technical Implementation Specialist includes...

  • Lead technical assessment and delivery of technical solutions to the customer, including end-to-end system configuration and integration requirements
  • Understands the customer work practices ensuring technology solution solves programme challenges
  • Lead the testing of the technology solution, writing test scripts and owning issues until resolution and sign-off
  • Manage the technology workstream, ensuring the on-time delivery of the technology to meet the programme launch date
  • Use the no-code/low-code platforms (e.g. Catalytic, Power Apps, etc.) for creating data models, automations, and workflows
  • Recommend ways to apply the technology to solve business problems
  • Manage third-party providers as part of the technology workstream project deliverables
  • Advises on Best Practices to ensure use of technology is optimised
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical people

What we're looking for:

  • Essential Experience in the configuration and delivery of at least one VMS / RPO technology including, e.g. SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, Coupa, VNDLY, Bullhorn etc..
  • Preferable experience of no-code / low-code platforms (e.g. Catalytic, Power Apps, etc.) for creating data models, automations, and workflows
  • Highly numerate, and a whiz on excel
  • Multitasking - working across concurrent projects
  • A strong communicator, motivator, problem-solver, and influencer
  • Highly developed stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proven track record in the successful delivery of Technology Projects
  • Effective time management and strong organisational skills, with the ability to re-prioritise to achieve projects deadlines
