As our business grows, we are looking for a Recruitment Business Partner, ideally to be based within a commutable distance of London as, even though this position is home based, you will need to get to client site if needed (max 1 day per week)

What you can expect as our Recruitment Business Partner?

You'll be working with several of our prestigious public sector clients in a delivery focused role. As our focal point for liaising with our clients daily, you'll work closely with both hiring managers, HR and key stakeholders, as well as a range of recruitment agencies focusing on contingent recruitment.


What we're looking out for:

Having a great delivery record from the recruitment, managed or neutral vendor space is essential as well as a background dealing with contractor /temporary recruitment. We're also looking for individuals that can demonstrate the ability to build exceptional customer relationships as well as foster and develop a cooperative approach.

This is a varied, exciting and demanding role where you will be required to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure that we meet our aligned customer goals.

In summary, we've outlined the experience needed for this role below:

  • Previous Recruitment/Human Resources skills and experience.
  • Experience of temporary recruitment.
  • Service delivery to a client base, working with agreed SLAs and KPIs.
  • Relationship building to effectively manage client needs and expectation.
  • Motivation to ensure our clients receive the best possible service aligned to our promise-based culture.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data and deliver key information/metrics on our customer account to managers at all levels.
