Job title: Procurement Operational Analyst

Accountable to: Program Director

Key Stakeholders: COO- North America, SVP of Client Services

Main purpose of role:

Guidant Global is seeking a Procurement Operational Analyst who will be responsible for working with a customer to manage SAP Ariba's Supplier Lifecycle and Performance module.

Key responsibilities:

· Provide operational support to suppliers to register in the Supplier Lifecycle and performance module. This module allows suppliers to register as a vendor to provide services to the end-customer.

· Serve as the point of contact for internal and external customers on the customer's instance of Ariba's Supplier Lifecycle and Performance module.

· Provides training and guidance to vendors on how to update company information.

· Works with the supplier and business to ensure that supplier records are up to date.

· Assists in setting up the following key aspects for the vendor: Diversity classification, address, main points of contacts, remit to address, any legal name changes, pertinent URLs, email addresses, and phone numbers.

· Accountable for timely execution of supplier profiles in the module.

· Provide escalation to Procurement sponsor when vendor fails to take required action.

· Assist with clean-up activities within the application to ensure that outdated items are not pending.

Skills required

We are looking for a strong procurement operational candidate who can demonstrate the ability to drive desired utilization of the Ariba product.

• 1-3 years of Procurement operational experience
• Prior experience with Ariba's Supplier Lifecycle and performance module (actual management experience)
• Ability to work independently.
• Organizational skills
• Interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Reliable and discrete, positive attitude
• Stress-resistant and flexible
• Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
