ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

FULLY REMOTE - WITH TRAVEL AS REQUIRED TO LOCAL SRG OFFICES AND CLIENT SITE

£27,000 - £30,000 + Plus Annual Bonus

SRG is the UK's number one specialist scientific recruitment agency, working with the chemicals, life sciences and clinical industries to find talented individuals for a range of scientific and engineering roles. Based in Media City (and from home) we are looking for a Student Recruitment Screening Coordinator to join the Emerging Talent Team. The key purpose of the role is to support one of SRG's biggest and longest serving clients with all the Graduate Recruitment Scheme / Program intake.

Main Purpose of Role:

To provide operational delivery account management support across a portfolio of accounts, through strong relationships with Account Managers, suppliers and contractors. Ensuring we achieve contractual obligations, SLA fulfilment and positive customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities

Working with the Account Manager team, you will:

  • Support the Account Manager in fulfilling account objectives
  • Involvement in full cycle recruitment services in line with customer requirements and ensuring all associated information is tracked/logged
  • Involvement in the process of resourcing, recruitment and assessment centre co-ordination as and when required
  • Oversight of the permanent recruitment process in line with customer requirements
  • Implement, maintain and improve systems to effectively support the management of the temporary workforce including a candidate care programme (EG/ C4L, Service Awards, Employee of the Month)
  • New contractor on and off boarding and management of everyday queries
  • Produce weekly contractor and job tracking reports
  • Ensure all associated information is tracked/logged
  • Facilitating contract extensions
  • Facilitation of the ClientShare platform to ensure it is up to date
  • Be additional point of contact for all client and contractor queries
  • Ensure all contractor data such as CV's, references, compliance and health questionnaires are added to the database
  • Prepare contractor correspondence (excluding contracts)
  • System reconciliations and data cleansing activities
  • Invoice query research and resolution where possible
  • Ad hoc projects and duties as and when required by the business
  • Preparing data for SLA metrics

Skills Required for the Role

  • Previous Resource Consultant or recruitment experience
  • Administrative experience gained in a busy office environment
  • Numerate, literate and articulate
  • High attention to detail
  • Aptitude for IT, including strong word and excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player with a flexible approach to work
  • High level of initiative
  • Ability to prioritise and mange own workload - working often to tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Smart and professional in appearance and manner
  • Reliable and well organised
  • Self-starter and able to work independently
  • Able to build rapport both internally and externally

Location

Flexible and can be fully remote - but please note you will be required to travel to local SRG offices and client sites.
