About the opportunity

Join our #OneBlueFamily National Accounts Team as an Onsite Account Manager taking ownership of a key industrial client in the Croydon area.

Some of your day to day responsibilities will include:

• Working onsite at our clients premises and with key stakeholders
• Managing your team of Flexible employees
• Account Development
• Client service level meetings
• Supporting our sourcing teams with recruitment
• Managing the timely supply of Flexible Employees
• Maintaining a daily onsite presence
• Core working hours will be 6am-2.30pm

About You:

Ideally you be an experienced recruiter and/or Manager driven to deliver exceptional service ensuring that Blue Arrow's values are reflected in every activity and that your actions continually work towards achieving high road recruitment practices.
