What we are looking for
We are currently looking for an Engineering Recruitment Sourcing Partner / Delivery Consultant. Someone who wants to focus on the delivery side of recruitment in a non BD / Sales / 360 type approach. The clients we partner with are all managed accounts that need supporting and partnering with.
This opportunity would suit someone who is maybe at the 2nd or 3rd stage of their career and looking to take their career to the next level and engage with businesses at a strategic level. You will manage the full candidate recruitment life cycle exclusively for a portfolio of key client accounts.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with all client hiring managers
- Attend Client meetings
- To generate and effectively manage candidate applications ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Source and screen all applicants
- Arrange all interviews between the client and candidates
- Take responsibility for obtaining feedback and relaying this to the candidate
- Negotiate all starter offers and arrange related paperwork.
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with on-site contacts
- Resolve all contractor queries
- Mentor new and more junior colleagues
A track record in engineering recruitment is essential, ideally from sectors such as Aerospace, Defence, Energy & Technology. You will have a proven track record and interested in candidate delivery and client account management.
This is not an entry level opportunity and would suit those who have had that experience in Engineering Recruitment but want to move away from the 360 / BD side and focus on client service delivery.
You can expect to be working in a busy environment and having to prioritise your work load and work under pressure. Dealing with stakeholders, clients and candidates means you need to have strong communication skills and feel comfortable and confident in your ability to deliver.
