We're looking for a Data Manager on Temporary basis to work in a remote capacity with travel to our London Location once or twice a month.

A day in the life of a Data Manager at Guidant Global includes...

• To support the Client Services Manager with the delivery of MI, whilst leading on the development of reporting to support the operational management of campaigns
• Working with compliance and resourcing teams as a go between to ensure smooth transfer of data and good data quality
• Ownership of recruitment dashboards
• Ownership of data cleansing activities
• Production of reporting
• Strategic input into data warehousing, to help drive future efficiencies

What we're looking for

We need a proactive and professional Data Manager preferably with experience working with recruitment data, who can build relationships by naturally building rapport with our customers (team, candidates, workers and clients). You will need to be highly organised, reliable and have a good level of MS Office experience

• Strong experience of working with data in Excel.
• Experience building PowerBI dashboards
• Experience of Power Query (or ability to learn it quickly / experience with Power BI).
• Experience of data analysis.
• Good level of other MS Office experience.
