Operations Director
The Operations Director, Specialist Staffing is responsible for supporting Impellam North Americas Specialist Staffing Brands to ensure that all sales and recruitment operations run efficiently to enable the business to achieve its rapid growth objectives. This role will support the SLT of the NA Specialist Staffing brands and will report directly into the North American CEO.
Description of Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Communications
• Work in collaboration with central Marketing team for the development of content for key central brand communications – e.g. Strategy In Action updates, Town Hall presentations, Presidents Club etc
• Own Workplace communications on behalf of the Brand Presidents and NA CEO
• Roadshow support and management of the Impellam DNA Initiatives across all Specialist Staffing Brands
• Work in conjunction with brand leaders and marketing to support content development of Internal and External brand presentations and communications
Sales Support
• Own and track cross brand collaboration and cross brand sales opportunities, pipelines and targets
• Support brand leaders & Sales Leaders with Salesforce activity and reporting
• Support Managers and leaders with all internal business performance reporting and management reporting
• Support the SLT to manage key initiatives and outcomes from the monthly leadership meeting

Contractor Program Management
• Develop and deliver innovative programs that improve candidate attraction and retention of existing candidates
• Work in partnership with marketing to set up a method to manage and improve our candidate NPS scores
• Work with the Senior Leadership team to drive high quality candidate care services and standards
Marketing and Event Management Coordination
• Work with Senior Leadership team & Marketing SVP to develop and execute on brand event strategy and monitor ROI for all events. Support SLT with content development and speaker engagement for all events
• Develop and execute plan and logistics for internal and external events for Impellam Group; from initial planning to on-site event management and post event follow up
• Build strong partnerships with sales, marketing, senior management, and others to align goals and incentives across the Specialist Staffing Brands , including the annual Presidents Club Trip
• Identify potential networking opportunities for sales team to help embed Impellam Group brands further within each office’s local community to increase our brand awareness
• Work with the SLT and Marketing to support the development and execution of our social media brand presence, including producing and sharing brand content
• Act as a SME for Paiger and provide user education on best practice
• Act as brand liaison and SME for all Linked In products such as Talent Solutions , track ROI and usage against all professional sales tools and licenses
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, IT and Compliance to ensure that brand hiring and onboarding processes are effective and internal candidate hiring & onboarding experience is exemplary.

ED&I
• Work alongside the global ED&I team to support ED&I strategy and initiatives across the Specialist Staffing brands
• Play an active role in the North American ED&I employee owned initiative, UNITY
• Support all UNITY employees with ED&I initiatives , events and programs
• Support all community ED&I and CSR initiatives that are in place across our STEM portfolio
General SLT support
• Own and manage all local office internal events, performance incentives and socials for the NA Specialist Staffing Brands
• Handle all IT/expenses and travel issues or requests for the SLT
• Manage and track reporting of Promise Milestones on our in house PBM system, Mosaic
• Support brand leaders with all activity and communications relating to the Impellam North America Digital Transformation programme
• Support brand presidents with all ad hoc requests

Experience Required:
• Previous Sales Support & Sales management experience essential (ideally within the staffing sector)
• Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal
• Client Facing experience
• An understanding of the talent acquisition and onboarding process for both internal and external candidates
• Strong and proven event management skills
• Analytical and detail oriented
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Extensive powerpoint and content creation skills
• Experience in leading ED&I initiatives
• Excellent Social Media skills including but not limited to Linked In & Workplace
• Broad marketing experience including use of tools such as Paiger, Hubspot, Hinterview etc
• Communications management experience
• Team Oriented & collaborative mindset
• Ability to work successfully within a matrix management and agile structure
• Adept at providing Executive Level support
