Medacs have an exciting opportunity for a Candidate Registration Officer to join our Stafford Office.

The purpose of the role is to introduce Medacs Healthcare to candidates who are wishing to register. As the first point of contact, this role is responsible for selling the benefits and services provided and thus encouraging candidates to complete the registration process as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will be required to arrange meetings, obtain CV and references from all new registrations, regularly inform candidates of work available and ensure job boards are up-to-date.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Input new registrations onto the system, ensuring information regarding registration source is captured
  • To perform full, detailed new registration calls as per call guides
  • Sell benefits of working with Medacs Healthcare
  • Obtain CV and apply for references
  • Arrange meetings for candidates with the Candidate Liaison Officer
  • Advise of all documentation required in order to be successful at interview
  • Discuss work requirements and positions available that meet these requirements
  • Take part in campaigns to recruit new or achieved candidates
  • Help support Recruitment Consultants and Team Managers to prepare for Audits
  • Keep informed of new procedures re: NMC, Right to Work, Blood Results etc.
  • Advise candidates on facilities providing verification service, arrange blood tests etc.
  • Utilise emails, phone calls and post as means of contact
