ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Candidate Acquisition Consultant/Candidate Manager working closely with a team of experienced Recruitment Consultants, your key responsibilities include:
- Candidate care including candidate database management
- Screening, interviewing and matching candidates to opportunities
- Building a strong social media presence through channels such as Facebook and LinkedIn
- Assisting the team with placements
- Contributing to the wider business by cross selling opportunities outside your team
We are looking for someone experienced in candidate sourcing within the UK or Irish healthcare market.

You will have strong business acumen and demonstrate emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity when liaising with stakeholders internally and externally.

A background in healthcare would be favourable although not essential.
