Medacs is currently recruiting for a home based (remote working) Compliance Officer to join the team on a fixed term contract basis until December 2022.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be conducting operational checks, monitoring and reporting the status against compliance standards in relation to client, contract and legal requirements and advising our teams of the standards required.
Some of the key responsibilities :
- Auditing of contracts and producing audit reports
- Following upon actions from previous audits
- Providing guidance and advice to internal Managers of how their business can improve compliance levels
- Identify and highlight any risks and issues to the Compliance Manager
- Ensure checking procedures are adhered to
- Assisting with Document control and maintaining of the requirements of the Business management system
- Producing compliance reports in a timely manner in line with defined standards
Ideally you will have recruitment and/or compliance, strong administration background, any knowledge of the healthcare sector would be very beneficial.
