You will be joining a fantastic established onsite recruitment team, where the client view Lorien as a trusted partner and an extension to their business to take full ownership and responsibility for all their recruitment needs. A true collaboration.

As a result Lorien Resourcing is looking to recruit 3 x Onsite Recruitment Business Partners for this (new part of an existing client) MSP solution based in London.

You will play a vital role developing stakeholder relationships onsite with hiring managers across all the different corporate functions for this client. As a result, this opportunity would suit an established, experienced Onsite Recruitment Business Partner who has that experience in an onsite MSP environment.

If you have worked within either financial services, consultancy, corporate functions arena, you will have a distinct advantage applying for this opportunity due to the nature and sector this client operate in.

Working with this Lorien MSP customer account and acting as our customer's representative, the Onsite Recruitment Team is responsible for promoting our customer's brand within the employment market. You will be the key point of contact for recruitment services and act as a bridge between the client and the internal stakeholders and Lorien's delivery team and external 2nd Tier / 3rd Tier agencies for all contract delivery across all corporate functions. With direct client access, good volume and a high quality employee value proposition this is a unique opportunity.

The role of an Onsite Recruitment Business Partner:

  • Proficient in full life cycle high volume contract recruitment delivery.
  • Qualify technical job specifications with line management.
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders with the client and communicate the benefits of MSP solutions.
  • End to end management of all recruitment requirements including role briefing, alternative sourcing strategies, assessment & selection process and offer management.
  • Develop, in conjunction with HR, an improved Employee Value proposition.
  • Delivering market insight to business managers to drive strategy
  • Develop and implement route to markets for client candidate attraction.
  • 3rd party management (supplier / vendor management and consolidation)

Typically strong skills and experience in vendor management, relationship management and senior stakeholder management will be required for this opportunity.
