Last year Lorien were appointed the IT / Tech RPO solution for this client, fast forward 12 months and off the back of amazing results and with customer experience at the very heart of what we do, the client have awarded the full RPO solution to Lorien Resourcing to support them across other areas of their business.
Due to this unprecedented growth, Lorien Resourcing is investing in recruiting new talent to join an established team with this financial services focused client based in London.
We are looking to recruit an Onsite Relationship Manager (vendor manager). Working within Lorien and acting as our customer's representative, you will be the point of contact for all queries recruitment related for all contact centre / call centre / branch recruitment. This could be from internal stakeholders , hiring managers and external agencies. Please note you will not be personally recruiting for these roles but acting as the conduit between the client and the 3rd party suppliers to fill these vacancies.
This is a fast paced high volume recruitment role. (Approx 2000-3000 hires last year). As a result this is very much a process driven role which requires high organisational skills, strong stakeholder management skills, an eye for detail and time management. You will responsible for:
- All the 3rd Party Supplier / Recruitment Agency Management
- Supplier / vendor management and consolidation
- Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders with the client
- Qualify job specifications with line management.
- Contract recruitment
- Experience in high volume recruitment (Contact Centre / Call Centre / Branch roles)
To be considered for this role you MUST have Recruitment experience and able to demonstrate the mentioned skill set - Vendor Management, Relationship Management and Senior Stakeholder Management. Experience of matrix style recruitment in areas such as Call Centres / Contact Centres where its high volume recruitment will be of obvious interest.
