Working for Lorien Resourcing and acting as our Customer's representative onsite (MSP). The Recruitment Team is responsible for sourcing candidates through direct various methods, promoting our customer's brand within the employment market and refresh our customer's internal referral scheme. The role of a Recruitment Co-Ordinator within the Recruitment Team is to support them by doing the following tasks:

  • Arranging interviews
  • Candidate tracking
  • Helping with the recruitment process
  • Producing recruitment reports
  • Managing rooms availability onsite
  • Recruitment administration
  • Assist with onboarding process
  • Able to work well in a team

You will be supporting a huge client account who have outsourced all their recruitment to Lorien, it is vital that you have worked in a busy "sales support" environment previously. Ideally within the recruitment sector, but other relevant industry sectors will be considered.

Please note this is not an entry level role - you need to have had commercial experience in the above arenas to be considered for this opportunity. A huge element of this role is arranging multiple interviews for hiring managers and candidates in process. You will be spinning many different plates at any one time while helping facilitate the recruitment process. You will need to demonstrate your ability to multi task in such a busy environment.

Location - Eventually on client site (customer facing) in Milton Keynes or London but for the time being a blend of working "remote" from home and our offices until its safe to do so.
