If so, we have an exciting, brand-new, opportunity for a Performance & Development Business Partner - Learning Technologies, to join our growing global team.
Reporting to the Global Head of Performance & Development, you will be responsible for supporting our integrated business strategy by identifying, deploying and maintaining technology solutions that facilitate the access and delivery of effective performance and development support that meets the needs and future aspirations of our core employees and drives organisational performance through curiosity and continuous learning. The primary focus is to manage the P&D tech stack / ecosystem ensuring it is appropriate to meet the needs and requirements of the business and our people.

Whilst a background within the recruitment and staffing industry would be highly desired, it is not essential, and we are very open to hearing from you if you have a proven background within learning and development and adult learning technologies in other sectors.
