Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 pa + benefits and OTE

We are now looking for a Recruitment Business Partner to work onsite at our client's Heathrow office, as well as from home. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the British Flag Carrier and advance your career in the Aviation sector.
The RBP role will involve a great deal of stakeholder management and relationship building. You will act as an authority on all subcontract matters for the client, identify shortfall/risk flagging potential KPI failures and brief appropriately on matters such as rate reviews, salary benchmarking, skills shortage or rate exception, as well as managing client expectation. All of this will be based on market research and data analysis conducted by yourself.
You will support the performance of the resourcing team and review role requisition to ensure that it is correctly understood/worked. A very important part of the role will be to liaise with the internal support team to ensure timely implementation of contractual and financial matters, monitor and report on performance based on KPIs and SLAs, maintain up to date information regarding policies, procedures and legislation, as well as deal with payroll and invoicing queries.
