Salary: £30,000 pa + travel allowance, OTE and benefits

We are looking for a Recruitment Business Partner to join our team and work exclusively with one of the leading UK building, infrastructure, engineering and fit-out companies in the UK.

What will you be doing?

You will focus on maintaining and strengthening a successful, long-standing relationship with one of our Key MSP Accounts, a true brand name in the built environment world. This means that you will travel to various onsite locations and be point of contact for all things Recruitment, for all departments.

• Act as an authority on all subcontract matters for the client
• Manage regular rate reviews and salary benchmarking
• Brief appropriately on matters such as skills shortages, rate exception, etc.
• Identify the shortfall/risk to relevant stakeholders when the supply chain fails to supply and explore alternate solutions, flagging potential KPI failures to Manager
• Maintain up to date information on changing policies, procedures and legislation
• Monitor and report on the performance of all suppliers against the on-site service SLA
• Admin duties as well as leaver processes.

Person spec:

The role is ideal for an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking to step away from billing and resourcing and focus on client relationship management.

• Excellent communicator and relationship builder
• You have solid experience of managing relationships with multiple stakeholders in the white collar construction world - this is a must, and we cannot consider candidates without experience in this sector
• Proficient with Office suite and ideally experienced in using ATS and CRM systems, but you're not afraid of an Excel spreadsheet either
• As this is a field based role, you will need to have a drivers license and access to your own vehicle
