About being a Recruitment Consultant
Join our #OneBlueFamily at our well established Norwich branch to grow and take ownership of a warm catering and hospitality desk placing temporary staff with clients in the Ipswich area.
As a Recruitment Consultant you are supported by our advanced technology systems. At Blue Arrow we embrace blended working and offer our people the freedom to work from home for a proportion of their week. We are also committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out Of Hours service that can support our Operational teams when it's time to switch off.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant will include:
- Proactively developing new and existing catering business by identifying and establishing client relationships
- Business to business sales activities
- Client visits in the Ipswich area so you will need to drive with your own car
- Marketing, advertising and working to sales targets
- Sourcing and recruiting temporary catering and hospitality staff
- Building relationships with your clients and candidates
- Service management - compliance, payroll, administration, updating systems
- Promoting all available flexible employees through proactive candidate marketing calls
- You will be supported by a very experienced Branch Manager and team
A sales professional you will have great relationship building skills with the ability and drive to develop new and existing catering and hospitality business.
