ABOUT THE ROLE
Medacs Global Group is currently recruiting for a Regional Onboarding Officer to join the team based in Manchester on a temporary fixed term contract basis. This is a pivotal role within our compliance division; where we recruit and place medical professionals into temporary roles in UK. As our candidates will be placed into health care settings, we are required to carry out robust vetting and checking processes. One of the main requirements is to meet our candidates to verify their identity and collect documents.
The successful candidate will manage various areas of the recruitment process. This includes, ensuring candidates are interviewed in line with company policy, obtaining documentation as per requirements, managing schedules in the most cost-effective manner, coordinating travel arrangements and developing relationships with key stakeholders.
This role will involve travelling across Manchester to meet with doctors, nurses and allied health professionals. In this role you would have autonomy over your diary, as such it requires strong organisational skills as well as the ability to build an instant rapport. It is essential you hold a valid UK driving licence and have own car.
The ideal candidate will have a compliance and/or recruitment industry background and excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at various levels. They will be flexible to the demands of the role, while still maintaining a well organised workload. Ideally, this person will have strong influencing skills and knowledge of the recruitment of doctors, nurses and AHPs; however, this is not essential but beneficial.
This role offers a salary of £20,000 to £25,000 with an additional £3,000 car allowance. There are various opportunities for career progression and professional development within this role. We have training courses available on our extensive e-learning platform.
