Are you a successful Temporaries Recruitment Consultant?
We are looking for an excellent candidate to join our Blue Arrow Team at St Albans to cover maternity leave on a very successful Catering and Hospitalty desk delivering very high figures weekly. You will be tasked with Account Management and continuing to grow this desk further as well as looking after the existing candidate workforce. There is a high possibility that there could be a permanent opportunty at the end of the contract.
About the role:
Join our Blue Arrow family and well established Blue Arrow branch team in Burton as a Recruitment Consultant to grow and take ownership of your desk supplying temporary staff to clients.
Some of your day to day responsibilities will include:
- B2B sales activity: Proactively developing new and existing business
- Placing candidates into temporary roles
- Recruitment: sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Managing your team of temporary staff (Flexible Employees)
- Client and candidate relationship building
- Service management: compliance, administration, payroll, maintaining records and systems
- Marketing, advertising, promotional activities and working to targets
- You will be working within an experienced, collaborative team
- Visiting clients
What we're looking for:
Ideally an experienced sales orientated Recruitment Consultant with great relationship building skills with the ability and drive, to develop new business. We will also consider a candidate who has come from any recruitment background or a Catering and Hospitalty sales background.
