ABOUT THE ROLE
As Recruitment Consultant working on the Nursing or AHP Desk you will build relationships with a bank of candidates and liaise with NHS Trusts to fill vacancies. You will be responsible for adhering to government guidelines and providing statistical information when required. This is a great opportunity to develop your knowledge of recruitment and the healthcare sector.
This role offers a basic salary between £20,000 - £25,000 as well as a competitive commission scheme. There are various opportunities for career progression and professional development with training courses delivered through our internal Learning and Development Team.
This is an ideal opportunity if you have worked within a recruitment and/or sales driven role and are excellent at building relationships. An understanding of the healthcare market is desirable too.
