If you're an experienced and enthusiastiC, with a background in customer services looking to work part-time and remotely, Comensura is looking for an engaging and collaborative Advisor to manage and deliver excellent customer service to a portfolio of our customers.
This is an out of hours role Fri -Sunday 5.30pm -2am with a pro rata salary of £12,200.
In this role, you will ensure all our customers needs are met in line with contract requirements to maximise Comensura's performance. In addition to ensuring all stakeholders receive an experience in-line with the Comensura promises.

Some of the key areas you'll be working in and delivering each day:
- You'll be responsible for the service delivery to our customers, ensuring efficient and effective first call resolution in line with the SLA and KPI's of the contract.
- Proactively you'll be ensuring that all matters concerning fulfilment, customer queries, admin and c.net are successfully resolved at the first point of contact.
- You'll answer a high volume of calls to ensure abandonment rate and average answer times to be maintained in alignment with SLA's, and you'll manage no shows, backfill any roles and communicate cancellations to clients and suppliers.
This job will involve administering all aspects of the fulfilment process. You'll be required to support the implementation process of new customers, ensuring our customers get the best onboarding service from Day 1!
