Join our Blue Arrow family as an Out of Hours Team Leader to manage service delivery outside of standard office hours.
You will be maximising the sales and temporary gross margin within dedicated Blue Arrow accounts by delivering exceptional service through the timely supply of temporary staff by embracing Blue Arrows promise based culture offering a seamless out of hours continuation of service.
The role will involve working 35 hours a week on a 3 week rota basis with shifts typically involving the following;
Monday - Friday
And some weekends
Supported by our advanced technology systems, we embrace hybrid and remote working and offer our people the freedom to work from home for a proportion of their week. We may also consider this role working fully remotely with travel to our Luton offices as required.
- You will be mentoring, training and developing your team
- Liaising with clients and candidates
- Building external and internal relationships
- Updating the database and systems
- Obtaining full booking details
- Filling bookings
- Resolving issues
A motivated and organised individual with excellent sales skills and who can inspire your team. You will be able to work well under pressure, empathise with clients and have a natural ability to find solutions.
