Great news for all you MSP focused Onsite Recruiters in the Technology / IT World. Lorien are recruiting for an Onsite Recruitment Recruitment Business Partner for a major bank in London. Huge successful client with an established MSP & SOW solution in place.
Ideally you would have worked onsite / in-house or in an MSP capacity specifically delivering across the whole of the IT Recruitment spectrum. You will be driving and developing recruitment strategies, acting as a bridge between the client and supply chain of agencies while also having strong senior stakeholder management experience in an onsite capacity.

This is a fully outsourced recruitment solution. You will be responsible for delivering all the IT recruitment activity for the client exclusively. You will not be "filling roles" personally (no direct recruitment involved) instead you will heavily involved in stakeholder management, strategy and acting as a conduit / bridge between the client and Lorien Resourcing to ensure that the offsite team of Resourcers and Account Managers can deliver the very best CV's to fulfil our clients' requirements.
Naturally between the Lorien Onsite Recruitment Team and the Offsite Recruitment Team at Lorien HQ our obligation is to successfully recruit and fulfil each recruitment requirement. However, if necessary you will also manage the 2nd tier / 3rd tier suppliers to supply the very best candidates for this client and have strong vendor management skills.
The role will encompass all elements of the recruitment life cycle working with the client from demand planning, resource approval and requisition, interviewing selection and on-board. The client will expect that Lorien will deliver best in class recruitment service and practices drawing on the knowledge and experience of our team. The client will expect this person to either have the knowledge first hand or to be able to work with the Lorien MSP team and act as conduit to ensure that the service is delivered to the highest level.
Working as part of the Recruitment Team, success in the role will be the ability to integrate with the business to act as a true trusted advisor and subject matter expert on the recruitment of new talent. We are looking for a hard-working, career minded and results driven individual with a high level of professionalism and ambition to be based on client site as part of Lorien's onsite recruitment solution.
- Proficient in full life cycle high volume contract IT recruitment delivery
- Streamlining recruitment process / Vacancy management
- Ability to qualify technical job specifications with line management
- Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders with the client
- Ability to identify process improvements and efficiency's in relation to recruitment best practice
