Case study: Pride Month

IMProud members marked Pride 2022 with regional and global activities, including sponsoring Dallas Pride and creating learning and development materials to raise awareness of the language of gender identity. At the end of the month, Impellam Group colleagues from APAC, NA, and the UK & Europe were invited to a panel discussion on the current LGBTQIA+ landscape around the world, and how we can build a safer and more inclusive workplace.

Our inclusive candidate experience

We’re changing futures by creating an equal environment for those who have traditionally been underrepresented in our industry. We’re implementing more equitable processes at every stage of the candidate experience, from talent attraction to talent management. These changes – for example, allowing candidates to request reasonable adjustments during any part of the recruitment process – will reduce bias and ensure fairness for all.

Creating safe and inclusive workplaces for our clients

We’re changing businesses by breaking stereotypes and striving to improve diversity, equity and inclusion.  Across our brands and portfolios, we work with ED&I specialists to help overcome barriers to recruitment and create more diverse and inclusive workplaces.

Case study: Airbus

Working alongside Airbus UK, we devised a new award-winning workforce advertising campaign featuring female Airbus tech talent working within the organisation’s manufacturing environment.

Our campaign was about removing the barriers women face in a traditionally male-dominated sector. Working hand in hand with the Airbus team, we delivered a campaign with a 16% increase in female engineering workers. We’re providing a highly skilled and highly diverse aircraft fitter workforce, 35% of whom will be women.
