Julia Robertson

became Impellam Group Plc’s Chief Executive Officer in 2013 after joining Tate in 1996, which was later acquired to form part of what is now the Impellam Group. Julia has had an impressive career in recruitment, always motivated by her belief that there is ‘a better way to do recruitment’ and that when done well, we have the ability to change people’s lives for the better and help businesses and economies to thrive. In 2016, Julia was recognised for her inspiring career and contribution to the staffing industry with a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Institute of Recruitment Professionals.
