At Impellam Group, we’ve been recognising and celebrating Pride month. We were honoured to sponsor a booth at the Chicago Pride Fest. It was organised by our Business Resource Group IMProud, as part of our Unity – Equity Diversity and Inclusion Council. In attendance, to celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community, were many of our North America IMProud Virtuosos and senior leadership team.
Anna Leszczynski our IMProud BRG Co-Lead, attended and said 'Between the positive energy, sunshine, fun giveaways, and new faces brought to our booth – it was exceptionally heartwarming. IMProud to work for a company like Impellam Group that embodies authenticity, allyship, and the beauty of individuality, diversity, and equity throughout this past weekend and beyond!'
