Ask all of your team if any of them are intending to observe Ramadan - ask how they could be best supported

Where possible, offer flexible working times - or offer working from home
3. Be mindful
Avoid business functions that involve food and drink. Try to host these events outside of Ramadan dates
4. Consider the timing of work meetings
Late afternoon meetings could be avoided when energy levels may be low due to fasting
5. Outside of work
Be flexible with annual leave requests to celebrate Eid
