Talent Experience Advisor

Location: Hybrid-Pembroke Pines, FL; Atlanta, GA

Salary: $24/hr-$27/hr

The Talent Experience Advisor plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for workers throughout their engagement lifecycle. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong administrative capabilities, and a proactive approach to relationship management. The role serves as a central point of contact for candidates, supporting onboarding, compliance, and ongoing engagement while maintaining accurate documentation and system integrity.

 

Responsibilities

  • Contact candidates to facilitate new-hire process and become point-of-contact to deliver candidate care excellence. This will also involve checking-in with new hires their first week and monthly post hire
  • Support onboarding & compliance process, questions, and completion with contractor, and account/recruiting team
  • Work with candidates & I9 team on I9 completion prior to start date
  • Maintain strong, service-oriented relationships with dedicated group of workers to foster long-term engagement
  • Document and track interactions with contractors within our CRM Tool
  • Assist managers and recruiters with administrative tasks within internal company database; such as creation of job orders, assignments, uploading documents into both internal & external databases
  • Facilitate & coordinate audits completion. Reach out to appropriate team to collect requested data, organize and meet audit compliance/deadline
  • Manage Systems administration and candidate information. Swivel responsibilities between Dynamics CRM & Bullhorn
  • Support office teams when needed with resume formatting & printing, interview organization and event day logistics
  • Additional office management duties: Greeting & directing office visitors, ordering office supplies, general office upkeep
  • Facilitate with payroll process, timesheet submissions, imports, coding, candidate follow up, along with other administrative duties assigned
  • Considered subject matter expert within discipline

Required

  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office
  • Organization and supporting C-Level Executives
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Problem-solving aptitude
