About the Role

Here at Lorien we are looking for an organised, proactive and relationship‑focused Operations Coordinator to join our team supporting our MSP client account Programmes. This role plays a key part in keeping our programmes running smoothly by ensuring seamless onboarding, accurate data management, strong communication, and excellent stakeholder engagement.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support interview scheduling where required
  • Coordinate onboarding & offboarding activities
  • Ensure compliance: IR35, AWR, Right‑to‑Work, GDPR
  • Maintain VMS worker records, trackers and dashboards
  • Manage timesheet and contract extension processes
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completions
  • Monitor shared mailboxes and triage incoming queries
  • Stakeholder management and act as a key point of contact for internal teams and suppliers
  • Triage reporting requests and maintain KPI dashboards

 

What we are ideally looking for

An organised multitasker who loves making processes seamless and supporting teams to deliver great service.

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communicator
  • Experience managing operational processes
  • Ability to work confidently with stakeholders at all levels
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks
  • Excel & Outlook skills
  • Experience in MSP/Recruitment environments
  • Background in operations, coordination or administration
