Position objective:

  • To partner with our Pursuit Leaders across the organization to deliver first class end-to-end bid process management and document creation to support the US outsourced recruitment/managed services business development pipeline within Global Managed Services. This includes existing client renewals and expansions as well as new business sales pursuits
  • To contribute to the continued transformation of our organization by supporting the growth of our managed services and STEM client portfolio
  • To ensure the continuous development and improvement of our working practices
  • To work with team members to drive knowledge share and mutual continuous improvement
  • To support the definition and consolidation of our managed service capabilities and, in turn, ensure it is reflected appropriately within our content library
  • To build and maintain close working relationships, and ensure collaboration, with Sales team members based in other regions (UK and APAC)
  • To deliver bid support for pursuits led in UK or APAC as and when required

Key responsibilities:
Responsibility 1
  • Ownership and execution of first-class bids and proposals throughout all stages of pursuit
  • Working with Pursuit Leaders to ensure win strategies are effectively woven through collateral
  • Guiding Pursuit Team members on respective responsibilities and timescales the ensure the successful submission of winning bids
Responsibility 2
  • Ensure compliance with our bid management process, ensuring all stakeholders undertake their responsibilities within the published timelines
Responsibility 3
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of the bid library
Responsibility 4
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within Guidant and the Wider Impellam Group to ensure continuously improving synergy and cohesion between ‘Managed Services’ and ‘Specialist Staffing’ bid teams

Work experience and attributes:  
Essential:
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Bid Management role in the recruitment industry
  • Highly skilled and refined persuasive writing
  • Strategy organization and time management
  • Adept ability to curate and manage people to ensure pursuit teams want to work with you and deliver accordingly
Desired:
  •  At least 5 years’ experience in Bid Management role in the recruitment industry
