Talent Consultant, Direct Sourcing

The Talent Consultant position at Guidant Global involves managing client relationships, optimizing account performance, and serving as a subject matter expert in direct sourcing. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful implementation of direct sourcing strategies and enhancing the overall client experience.
Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Manage relationships between the workforce delivery center and PMO teams. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
- Account Performance: Increase margins and ensure the profitability of accounts. Monitor, analyze, and maximize account performance, implementing strategies to improve outcomes and increase direct source placements
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in direct sourcing, providing guidance and support to clients and internal teams
- Direct Sourcing: Utilize an offshore workforce delivery team to recruit for repeatable or niche positions. Assist marketing and the Workforce Delivery Center to build pools of candidates and engage them via AI
- Tool Development: Collaborate on the development of internal tools for direct sourcing, which will help build candidate pools and automate the recruitment process
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and eliminate inefficiencies. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
- A degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred, but not required
- Proven experience in account management, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry
- Skills and Competencies:
- Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing data to monitor and improve account performance
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
- Technical Proficiency: Actual experience with AI and automation tools in is required
- Influence: Must be able to influence decision makers internally and externally
- Knowledge:
- Direct Sourcing: In-depth understanding of direct sourcing and contingent workforce management
- Industry Trends: Awareness of current trends and best practices in recruitment and staffing
- Personal Attributes:
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of the role
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing client needs and industry dynamics
