Impellam hosted an event at our London office to recognise and celebrate UK Black History Month, with the theme of ‘amplifying the voices of female empowerment’.
Our UNITY BRG Groups IMMultiCultural and IMWomxn recently came together to host an event at our London office to recognise and celebrate UK Black History Month, with the theme of ‘amplifying the voices of female empowerment’.
The event included a panel of guest speakers, Rumbi Pfende, Cofounder and COO of MAMA.codes - Raising Digital Kids, Leke Sholuade, Founder and CEO of Black Valley, and Lauren Langdell, Global Community Director of Women in DevOps, who shared their personal and professional experiences.
It was an insightful and impactful session for our colleagues to learn and ask questions about how we, a workforce and STEM talent solutions company, ensure that everyone has the same experience.
At Impellam Group, we are committed to creating a diverse, inclusive, and equitable culture and we work in partnership with our colleagues, our clients and our communities towards creating more diverse and inclusive workplaces.
