Key Responsibilities
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device organizations.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, providing recruitment solutions tailored to client needs.
- Qualify prospects: Analyze staffing needs, budgets, timeframes, and contract hiring history while managing the decision-making process.
- Achieve Results: Meet and exceed revenue and performance targets, consistently delivering exceptional client satisfaction by managing the business development pipeline from the initial sales call through close.
- Collaborate with Excellence: Partner with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery of top-tier talent to clients.
What You’ll Need to Bring
- Industry Expertise: 1+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the recruitment or life sciences sector.
