Remote with occasional travel to London and other UK locations

We are looking to recruit a Delivery and Operations Manager to join our team.

You will be crucial in maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of our client delivery engine.

Your responsibilities will include managing the operational backbone of our engagements, covering resourcing, onboarding, tooling, reporting, and daily support. This role ensures service excellence and contributes to the broader growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• SoW Operations & Compliance: Manage supplier SoWs lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client MSA terms. Support internal and client teams with SoW queries and documentation
• Client Engagement & Commercial Support: Act as liaison for client stakeholders, resolving SoW, billing, and onboarding queries. Ensure consultants' onboarding aligns with SoW requirements
• Financial Stewardship & PO/Billing Coordination: Coordinate billing, track POs, forecast consumption, and monitor financial status of SoWs. Highlight risks and provide commercial health visibility
• Assurance MI & Service Reporting: Deliver monthly MI packs and dashboards, track SLA/KPI adherence, and use data to flag risks and identify improvements
• Process Improvement & Enablement: Drive continuous improvement in operational delivery, embed scalable processes, and enhance internal visibility and client experience

Experience Required:

• Experienced in delivery operations, commercial support, or project coordination within tech-led consultancy or professional services
• Strong grasp of SoW delivery models, including agile projects, T&M, fixed price, and managed services
• Excellent at stakeholder management, engaging confidently with suppliers, internal teams, and clients
• Detail-oriented, skilled in managing contracts, billing, and delivery tracking accurately
• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools; knowledge of PSA/ERP or finance systems is advantageous
• Comfortable with ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and cross-functional teams
