Job Title: Talent Acquisition Consultant

Location: London 4 days a week, 1 day WFH

About the role:

We're looking for a passionate and proactive Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent across the business. You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide expert recruitment guidance, and ensure a seamless and inclusive candidate experience from start to finish.

 

Key Objectives of the Role:

  • Deliver a consultative recruitment service using market insights and best practices.
  • Proactively source and pipeline high-quality candidates, including passive talent.
  • Promote internal mobility and career development opportunities across the organisation.
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate journey, providing timely and constructive feedback.
  • Utilise recruitment technology and data to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align hiring strategies with business goals.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.

 

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Confident in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology.
  • Ability to analyse data and provide insights to inform hiring decisions.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Understanding of inclusive hiring practices and commitment to promoting diversity.
