The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced leader to join our team and take ownership of delivering exceptional recruitment solutions for our clients. In this role, you will ensure the successful fulfilment of all vacancies issued by the client, while meeting agreed KPIs and SLAs. You will lead the onsite account team, manage client relationships, and drive performance and growth within your allocated areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure fulfilment of all client vacancies in line with KPIs and SLAs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with allocated client contacts.
  • Lead and develop the onsite account team, managing client engagement and decision-making.
  • Take full ownership of financial performance against budget for the business.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for customer account growth.
  • Drive continuous service development and improvement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

About You

  • Previous senior experience within MSP/RPO or an in-house recruitment environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
