Programme Engagement Partner

About the Role

As a Programme Engagement Partner, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth post-offer operations for contingent workers and hiring managers. This is not a recruitment role - instead, you'll own the client-facing administration, systems work, and relationship support that keeps programmes running seamlessly.

You will be responsible for activities such as:

• Updating and maintaining data within multiple VMS platforms

• Handling PO management and client queries

• Liaising with supply chain partners

• Providing occasional onsite support for escalations or sensitive situations

• Ensuring compliance and delivering an excellent experience to all stakeholders

• Managing assignment extensions

What We're Looking For

Experience working with VMS platforms (or ability to learn quickly)

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Ability to work independently without daily supervision

• Confidence handling HR-related conversations or sensitive matters

• Strong IT literacy and confidence navigating multiple systems

•  

  Excellent administrative, organisational, and time-management skills

Desirable experience:

• Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar VMS platform knowledge

• HR background or qualification

• Understanding of employment legislation

• Experience in high-volume or process-driven environments

• Coordination or account support experience
