About the Role
As a Programme Engagement Partner, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth post-offer operations for contingent workers and hiring managers. This is not a recruitment role - instead, you'll own the client-facing administration, systems work, and relationship support that keeps programmes running seamlessly.
You will be responsible for activities such as:
Updating and maintaining data within multiple VMS platforms
Handling PO management and client queries
Liaising with supply chain partners
Providing occasional onsite support for escalations or sensitive situations
Ensuring compliance and delivering an excellent experience to all stakeholders
What We're Looking For
Experience working with VMS platforms (or ability to learn quickly)
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work independently without daily supervision
Confidence handling HR-related conversations or sensitive matters
Strong IT literacy and confidence navigating multiple systems
Excellent administrative, organisational, and time-management skills
Desirable experience:
Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar VMS platform knowledge
HR background or qualification
Understanding of employment legislation
Experience in high-volume or process-driven environments
Coordination or account support experience
