Talent Management Specialist
Hybrid with travel to London and Luton

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be accountable for delivering an exceptional contractor experience, including providing wellbeing counsel for our Contingent Worker Community. You will be the first point of contact for all Contingent Worker enquiries, ensuring timely and effective responses while collaborating with colleagues and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CLR Activities: Manage onsite and offsite helpdesk for candidate enquiries, log and triage queries, and ensure timely resolution. Act as the first point of contact for escalations and provide regular updates on query status.
  • Support Activities: Oversee the candidate journey through onboarding and offboarding processes, support administration tasks, and assist with candidate care programs.
  • KPI Management: Improve candidate and hiring manager satisfaction, respond to queries within agreed KPIs, and provide monthly and quarterly customer hub management information.

Please Note: You will be required to undergo Security Clearance for the role which will be discussed at application stage.
