What You'll Be Doing
Coordinating and scheduling training activities (instructor-led and e-learning)
Booking venues and public courses, confirming trainers, and issuing joining instructions
Managing logistics such as attendee lists and access requirements
Keeping learning systems and training records accurate and up to date
Handling rescheduling, cancellations, and troubleshooting
Providing helpful, timely support to employees, managers, and suppliers
Supporting training activity and compliance reporting
Collaborating with fellow coordinators to balance peaks in workload
