About the Opportunity
Guidant Global is launching an exciting new Learning & Development Administration Managed Service within the defence sector. As part of this brand‑new team build, we're looking for a highly organised, people‑focused L&D Team Leader to oversee the day‑to‑day operation of this high‑profile service.
You'll lead a team of six L&D Coordinators, ensure the successful delivery of more than 16,000 training bookings per year, and act as the key operational link between internal stakeholders and suppliers. If you thrive in fast‑paced environments, love bringing structure to complexity, and enjoy developing people, this role is for you.
